Terms of service
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms cover your use of remotejobhunter.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service is
Remote Job Hunter finds job postings, scores them against rules you set, prepares tailored application materials, submits applications on your behalf, contacts recruiters where an appropriate contact can be identified, and tracks the results. We act as your agent. You remain the applicant and are responsible for the accuracy of everything you tell us.
What you are buying
You are buying targeted applications, not an outcome. An application credit is consumed only when an application has been submitted and the submission confirmed. If a submission fails, is blocked, or cannot be confirmed, the credit is not consumed and the application is returned to you as needing attention. See our automation disclosure for how this works in practice.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee interviews, employer responses, offers or employment. Fit scores are estimates produced by software, not hiring decisions. Job availability changes constantly and a posting may close before an application is submitted.
Your obligations
- Everything you tell us about your background must be true. We will not knowingly submit an application containing information you have told us is inaccurate.
- The account is yours. Do not use it to apply on behalf of another person.
- You are responsible for reviewing the rules you set, particularly before enabling Autopilot.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email to contacts unrelated to your job search.
What we will not do
- Invent qualifications, experience, credentials, dates or metrics.
- Bypass CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication or identity verification.
- Apply to a job that fails a rule you marked as required.
- Report an application as submitted without confirmation from the employer’s system.
Billing
One-time application packages are charged once and the credits remain on your account until used. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance and the monthly application allowance resets each successfully paid billing period; unused allowance does not roll over. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Ending a subscription stops new automatic applications; it does not delete your account, profile, documents or history.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that is being used to submit knowingly false information, to misrepresent another person, or in a way that puts our access to employer systems or email providers at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim.
