Refund policy
Last updated 29 August 2026
You are buying submitted applications. This policy is built around that: you should not pay for work that did not happen.
Unused credits
A credit is consumed only when an application has been submitted and confirmed. If an employer site fails, a CAPTCHA blocks submission, or a question needs an answer only you can give, no credit is spent — the application waits for you instead.
Within 30 days of a one-time purchase, unused credits can be refunded in full on request. Credits already spent on submitted applications are not refundable, because the work was done.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep your allowance until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months for a period in which applications were submitted. If a billing period passed with no applications submitted and the cause was on our side, tell us and we will refund it.
If we got it wrong
If an application was submitted with materially incorrect information that came from us rather than from your profile, that credit is returned. If an application was reported as submitted and was not, that credit is returned.
What is not refundable
- Applications that were submitted correctly but did not result in a response.
- Applications rejected by an employer.
- Jobs that closed after your application was submitted.
We cannot guarantee interviews or employment, and the absence of a response is not a service failure. See our automation disclosure.
